Hugo Chavez to Bush: "You are a donkey, Mr. Danger."
Here's (WMV) the most undiplomatic speech any head of state has made in recent history. I feel like I just watched an angry little boy in the playground. But doesn't that phrase sound a bit too much like, "You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch."?

I mean, I'm not gonna argue the point of the GWB being a big ol' pile of evil, but I'm a little disturbed by Sr. C's speech - it seemed like he was having a conversation, perhaps with an invisible Bush? Those pauses were weird, not to mention the sight of an official country-running type engaging in a one-sided, ill-played game of the dozens.
