Snow Roll/Hot Tub Plunge
Spent last weekend at a mountain cabin with eight friends where we skied, drank, sat by the fire, and went in the hot tub. I really need to do the snow-roll-hot-tub-plunge every winter -- haven't done that since the 1980s. The hot water on your ice-cold skin right after a snow roll is the BEST tingly feeling -- almost as good as hitting the sauna after a cold lake dip.
