Blanketing opinions that I'll probably regret soon.

The chicken or the platter of shit with bits of broken glass in it.

David Sedaris perfectly sums up the phenomenon of undecided voters:
"I look at these people and can't quite believe that they exist. Are they professional actors? I wonder. Or are they simply laymen who want a lot of attention?

To put them in perspective, I think of being on an airplane. The flight attendant comes down the aisle with her food cart and, eventually, parks it beside my seat. "Can I interest you in the chicken?" she asks. "Or would you prefer the platter of shit with bits of broken glass in it?"

To be undecided in this election is to pause for a moment and then ask how the chicken is cooked."
Comments:
I do not know if I agree? I can relate to undecides a lot more than those who side with McSame,

Are the bits of glass really bits of my money being redistributed to the bastard factories? If so, I choose the safety of the chicken, even if it's a bit dried out and overcooked and has a questionable sauce on it.

Obama's tax plan gives a tax cut to 95% of the population and you know it. His tax increases are for those who make over $250,000 a year and they're essentially erasing the Bush tax giveaways to the rich. The rich won't pay any more taxes than they did under Clinton. Remember then? Some of the most prosperous times in modern history?

It's not the amount of the taxes that is a concern; both parties overtax us at the Federal level and will continue to do so. The concern is how those taxes will be spent.

To some of us, neither Obama nor McCain are the chicken.

Right on Lito. My main concern is how my taxes are spent too. I don't want some Dem Prez spending my hard-earned money on wasteful things like improving our infrastructure, ensuring all kids have health insurance or investing in alternative energy sources. I want them to spend my money on the 100-year occupation of Iraq, that concentration camp for Muslims down in Cuba, and giving it to companies like Halliburton so their CEOs can live the American dream.
